We dedicate this page to all the people, some of whose nearly unbelievable stories, below, need to see the light of day, and who also need legal accommodation (and/or recompense) for their injuries suffered as a result of unbridled expansion of wireless infrastructure, and indeed, unbridled and raw greed. Former FCC Chair Tom Wheeler told us all we need to know in this somewhat “editorial” short video from 2016. Watch, as Mr. Wheeler appears as the insane Major Kong riding the atomic bomb to earth in Dr. Strangelove!!! (The entire video of his speech can be seen here.)
We dedicate this page, also, to the establishment of a new order of laws that not only hold Big Telecom to account for these injuries, but that rein in its nearly complete hold over such agencies as the FCC, FDA, even the judiciary, and others to do with regulating this injurious energy in the form of non-ionizing microwave radiation, used for cell towers, cell phones, all wirelessly broadcasting devices et al. May there be justice for those already harmed and prevention for those yet to be harmed!
Electromagnetic sensitivity or EMS/EHS is indeed a classified legal disability in the US, but people with EMS still fight for any accommodations or rights as disabled, in contrast as to how Sweden deals with this problem by classifying EMS/EHS as “an officially fully recognized functional impairment (i.e., it is not regarded as a disease).”
With the above said, we have compiled various testimonials from individuals and groups, and primarily people who support Longmont in having a moratorium on the smart meters, as you will see from many of the copied emails, below. This councilwoman’s apparent willful ignorance (or denial) of the adverse and ongoing health effects Ms. Moss experienced from a smart meter injury speaks volumes.
