$100 per minute of offense. Persons altering the electrical, gas,
or other systems of this domicile without explicit approval by occupant
agree to be held personally and separably liable for a fee of $10,000,
plus $1,000 per day such alterations remain in place. The fee for
actions which render this domicile unsafe or
uninhabitable is $2,000,000.
All fees come due fourteen days from when first enacted, payable to
occupant’s person at time of event, or to their heirs. Notice to agent is
notice to principal, notice to principal is notice to agent (principals and
agents are responsible for other communications or fees not
contained in this notice, but transmitted elsewhere).
