Code violations discovered in Landis-Gyr equipment in the south Longmont, CO, smart meter “test zone area”:
An Erie, CO Master Electrician, Josiah Mueller, recently discovered NEC (National Electric Code) violations (among others) in newly installed smart meters in the south Longmont, CO smart meter “test zone.” His discovery of code violations were not only documented and submitted to this city, with additional expert testimony from a New Mexico PUC hearing held in 2017 on smart meters, but were apparently dismissed by Longmont city government who, to our knowledge, as the citywide smart meter rollout is scheduled to commence in August, has done nothing that we know of to remedy the situation, in spite of the department of building inspection having acknowledged Josiah’s allegations of code violations, and despite the violations being included as part of the proposed resolution for a smart meter moratorium in Longmont, presented and read aloud to City Council on May 30, 2023 by a group of Longmont residents. Could this be the “why” of captured governments’ (and gov’t agencies’) refusal to update or modify their RF guidelines to standards that would be protective of the living breathing population of humans and other life? (In which case we must postulate the questions, which governments, and captured by whom?)
FCC Defies Court Mandate…..latest update on the continuing saga of the FCC being unwilling to follow the law, as ordered by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit on Aug. 13, 2021. CHD short summary: “The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) continues to defy a court order to reexamine its electromagnetic radiation exposure limits set in 1996. Children’s Health Defense sued the agency in 2019, and won a 2021 ruling requiring the FCC to explain how its guidelines protect human health — but two years later, the agency shows no signs of complying.”
Malibu, California, City Council on Monday voted to add the issue of small cell 5G wireless facilities to their agenda for future discussion after residents, including Hollywood celebrities Ed Harris and Mel Gibson, expressed concerns about the proliferation of the facilities in their neighborhoods.
Children’s Health Defense and a coalition of community and environmental groups advocating for safe technology sued Los Angeles County to overturn amendments adopted by the county that allow for the fast-tracked proliferation of wireless infrastructure without due process and without residents’ right to appeal

A group of Pittsfield, Massachusetts, residents said they feel “vindicated” after a superior court judge recently ruled their lawsuit alleging a Verizon cell tower made them sick can move forward.
